Returns and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are only applicable on regular-priced items. Sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Strictly no exchanges are allowed for all items.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Please email us at hello@strabellas.com and we will assist you from there.

All returned item(s) must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags intact.

For returns, store credits will be issued with a validity of 90 days. No monetary refunds will be provided.

Postage charges (to and fro) will be fully borne by the customer.

Please send out the item via traceable mail within 3 working days once the return has been approved. We will not be liable for any lost parcels.
